Dr. Francis Agnew, Board Director of the Pasifika Medical Association Group (PMAG), expressed his gratitude to the graduates for their dedication to upskilling.

Advanced Mental Health Graduate Tapaanga Roti shared how the course has enriched her role as a Whanau Ora Navigator.
“We learned tools that enhanced the way we engage in talanoa, helping me better understand the stories and needs of my Whanau Ora families.”
Fellow graduate Joseph Misileki echoed her sentiments, reflecting on the profound impact the course had on his approach.
“For many Pacific families, what they really need is someone who will listen. Prekure teaches you to listen without judgment and with curiosity, so you can ask the right questions and offer support.”
Health Coach Graduate Malia Katoa highlighted how she’s already applying her newfound knowledge in her work as a Navigator.
“The practical skills I gained from Prekure were around building respectful, healthy relationships. It also taught me the importance of active listening.”
